The Forge Restaurant owned by Irene and Pauric White has a very simple philosophy which has seen the business grow from strength to strength since it first opened in October 2000.  The use of fresh local produce incorporated into traditional tried and tested dishes with a few twists has made the Forge Restaurant very popular for all occasions.

Our passion for good food and our love for doing things well conjures up a great recipe for repeat business which is also the backbone for our success.  Our reputation is spread by word of mouth which is the strongest advertising tool possible.  Our customers are extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for all walks of life both young and old.
