Pauric and Irene at the Forge Restaurant pride themselves on the sourcing of Irish products for our menus and where possible, the use of locally sourced produce. We give the assurance that our beef, lamb, pork, chicken and eggs are 100% Irish produce and this is backed up with a fully traceability plan.

We also insist that our season vegetables are all Irish and again local where possible. At the Forge Restaurant we wholeheartedly reject the use of genetically modified products and ensure that there will never be traces of Gm products used in this establishment (http://www.gmfreeireland.org).
